What to do when you want a delicious cake, but are too lazy to mess around with preparing and baking dough? Of course, make a cake without baking. This is a truly ingenious culinary invention. Even the most inexperienced housewife can handle the preparation of such a dessert. You can cook them from any ready-made confectionery: gingerbread cookies, cookies, crackers and much more.

No-bake cookie cakes

Want to treat yourself to a Napoleon cake, but don't know how to make puff pastry? It doesn't matter - you can make a delicious cake using puff pastry as a basis, which will be in no way inferior to the famous "Napoleon", and much less time will be spent on its creation.

So what we need:

  • Biscuits like "ears" about 600 g.
  • Milk with a fat content of 3.5%, about 600 ml.
  • Granulated sugar in the amount of 100 g.
  • Chicken testicles 3 pieces.
  • Potato starch in the amount of a couple of tablespoons.
  • Packing vanillin or vanilla flavored sugar.
  • Butter 100 g.

In the beginning, we will need to make a cream for the future cake. Beat the eggs well with the sugar. Now constantly stirring the future cream, add starch and flour to it, and then carefully pour milk into it. Remember to stir the cream all the time. Now put the container with the cream on low heat and cook, stirring the cream all the time. Wait until bubbles appear on the surface of the cream and add butter. Mix everything well again. Well, our cream is ready, now close the container with the cream with a film and let it cool.

We begin to collect the cake. Dip the cookies in the cream and lay in an even layer. Since our cookies are of an irregular shape, there will certainly be empty spaces between them. They must be filled with crumbled cookies. After laying the initial layer of cookies, coat it with cream. Then shape the second layer and subsequent layers in the same way, before the cookies run out.

Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for soaking overnight.

Sour cream cake without baking

Such a cake is well suited for the heat when you want a light dessert.

To make such a dessert, take:

  • Gelatin - 4 large spoons.
  • Sour cream - 1 liter.
  • Sugar - 1 cup.
  • Vanillin - 1 pack.

Soak the gelatin in cold water for 40 minutes. Then put it in a water bath and dissolve completely.

Now whisk the sour cream with sugar or powdered sugar, add vanillin here. When the gelatin has cooled, add it to the whipped sour cream and stir well.

Now you can mix fresh fruits, candied fruits, cocoa or food colors into the mass of sour cream and collect the cake. Cover a large bowl with plastic wrap and transfer the sour cream into it. Several layers can be made with different fillers. Then put the future cake in the cold. When the mixture has hardened, simply tip the cake onto a plate and remove the wrap that was lining the bowl.

Curd cake without baking

A cottage cheese cake is easy to make from the following products:

  • Cookies - 200 g.
  • Butter butter - 150 g.
  • Gelatin - 2 packs.
  • Curd - 400 g.
  • Any sour cream - 400 g.
  • Sugar - 200 g.
  • Cocoa - 4 large spoons.

We collect the cake. Place a little dark and light curd mass alternately on the base of the cookies. When all the filling is laid out, put the cake in the cold to freeze.

No-bake cake with condensed milk

  • Instant coffee - 1 large spoon.
  • Boiling water - 1 glass.
  • Condensed milk - 1 jar.
  • Butter - 200 g.
  • Oatmeal cookies - half a kilo.

For such a delicious dessert with condensed milk, make coffee first. While the drink is cooling, combine a can of condensed milk and soft butter. Stir well and beat with a mixer.

Now take oatmeal cookies. Dip the cookies in the coffee one by one and place them on a plate. Having formed the first layer in this way, coat it with condensed milk cream. Now lay out the subsequent layers in the same way. Spread the final layer with cream. As a decoration, you can take crushed nuts or chocolate chips. It is better not to put such a cake in the cold, but to let it soak in the room.

Banana cake without baking

To make such a dessert with bananas, take:

  • 3 bananas.
  • Butter, you can put margarine instead, 200 g.
  • Sour cream 300 g.
  • Sugar 1 glass.
  • Sweet cracker 400 g.
  • Mass for making vanilla pudding 1 pack.
  • Chocolate 100 g.

First, make the crackers and whisk the butter with the sugar. Now combine the butter and crumb. Transfer some of the resulting mass to a platter, then place the banana cut into slices. Then again - a layer of crackers, a layer of bananas. Top off with a mass of crackers.

Cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions and cover the top and sides of the cake with it. Decorate the dessert with grated chocolate and leave in the cold for a couple of hours.

No baked chocolate cake

This original dessert will appeal to all, without exception, lovers of chocolate delicacies. It is not difficult to make it, especially since the oven does not require anything.

Products for a similar cake:

  • Butter - 150 g.
  • Any cookie - 300 g.
  • Cocoa powder - 4 large spoons.
  • Chocolate - 200 g.
  • Creamy curd - 250 g.
  • Cream - 100 g.
  • Small sugar - 100 g.

First, make a crust for the base of the cake. Dissolve the butter and grind the cookies into crumbs. Mix together the cookies, butter and cocoa and knead well to form a homogeneous mass. Then transfer all this mass into a cake pan and align carefully. Tamp down more tightly and refrigerate.

While the base is solidifying, prepare the filling. Whisk the sugar and creamy curd. Chocolate dissolve in a water bath and add portions into the whipped cheese, continuing the whipping process. Whip the cream separately. Now combine the chocolate mass with the cream and stir gently.

Remove the base from the refrigerator and place the cream on top of it. Align well and refrigerate again for 5 hours. This cake can be garnished with canned cherries or grated chocolate.

No baked fruit cake

This dessert is unique in that it uses different fruits or berries, you can get a variety of new flavors. Experimental lovers can combine fruits with each other as they wish.

To make a fruit cake, take:

  • Yogurt - half a liter.
  • Cookies - 300 g.
  • Gelatin - 2 large spoons.
  • Butter - 100 g.
  • Strawberries - half a kilo.
  • Sugar - 150 g.

Preparing the base - a cake layer. Grind cookies into small crumbs and mix with melted butter. Mix everything well so that the mass is homogeneous. Then place the cookie mass into the cake pan and press firmly. You should have a dense, even layer.

Wash strawberries or other berries or fruits and remove any unnecessary parts. Cut the berries in two and place them in a circle against the sides of the mold.

Now let's get into the cream. Dissolve the gelatin. In another bowl, stir in the yogurt and sugar. Mash the berries, but make sure to leave a few for garnish. Add strawberry puree and gelatin to the yogurt. Mix everything well. Pour the resulting cream into a cake pan. Decorate the top of the cake with the remaining berries and set it to solidify in the cold. It is best to leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
