Even the most inexperienced housewife can handle preparing such a dessert. They can be prepared from any ready-made confectionery: gingerbread, cookies, crackers and much more.

No-bake cookie cakes
Do you want to treat yourself to a Napoleon cake, but don’t know how to make puff pastry? It doesn’t matter - you can make a delicious cake using puff pastry as a basis, which is in no way inferior to the famous “Napoleon”, and much less time will be spent on its creation.
So what we need:
- Cookies like “Ears” approximately 600 g.
- Milk 3.5% fat, about 600 ml.
- Granulated sugar in the amount of 100 g.
- Chicken eggs 3 pieces.
- Potato starch in the amount of a couple of tablespoons.
- Packaging of vanillin or vanillin-flavored sugar.
- Butter 100 g.
First, we will need to make cream for the future cake. Beat the eggs well with sugar. Now, constantly stirring the future cream, add starch and flour to it, and then carefully pour in the milk. Don't forget to stir the cream all the time. Now place the container with the cream on low heat and cook, stirring the cream all the time. Wait until bubbles appear on the surface of the cream and add butter. Mix everything well one more time. Well, our cream is ready, now cover the container with the cream with film and let it cool.
Let's start assembling the cake. Dip the cookies into the cream and place in an even layer. Since our cookies are irregularly shaped, there will definitely be empty spaces between them. They must be filled with crumbled cookies. After laying the initial layer of cookies, coat it with cream. Then form the second layer and subsequent layers in exactly the same way before the cookies run out.
Place the finished cake in the refrigerator overnight to soak.
No-bake sour cream cake
This cake is perfect for hot weather when you want a light dessert.
To make this dessert, take:
- Gelatin – 4 large spoons.
- Sour cream – 1 liter.
- Sugar – 1 cup.
- Vanillin – 1 pack.
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 40 minutes. Then place it in a water bath and completely dissolve.
Now beat the sour cream with sugar or powdered sugar, add vanillin. When the gelatin has cooled, add it to the whipped sour cream and stir well.
Now you can add fresh fruits, candied fruits, cocoa or food coloring to the sour cream mixture and assemble the cake. Cover a large bowl with special film and transfer the sour cream mixture into it. You can make several layers with different fillers. Then put the future cake in the cold. When the mixture has hardened, simply tip the cake onto a plate and remove the film that was used to line the bowl.
Curd cake without baking
Cottage cheese cake can be easily prepared from the following products:
- Cookies – 200 g.
- Butter – 150 g.
- Gelatin – 2 packs.
- Cottage cheese – 400 g.
- Any sour cream – 400 g.
- Sugar – 200 g.
- Cocoa - 4 large spoons.
For such a cottage cheese cake you will need a base. We will make it from crushed cookies. Take the cookies and crush them. Melt the butter over low heat and mix it with the cookie crumbs. Form the base of the cake from this mixture using a collapsible mold.
Now prepare the curd mass. Dissolve a packet of gelatin in two containers in a water bath and cool. Mix the cottage cheese and sour cream, add sugar. Now divide the curd mass into two halves and add cocoa into one. Now add gelatin to both fillings and stir thoroughly.
We collect the cake. Place a little dark and light curd mixture on the cookie base alternately. When you have laid out all the filling, put the cake in the cold to harden.
No-bake cake with condensed milk
Products:
- Instant coffee – 1 large spoon.
- Boiling water – 1 glass.
- Condensed milk – 1 jar.
- Butter – 200 g.
- Oatmeal cookies - half a kilo.
For such a delicious dessert with condensed milk, first prepare coffee. While the drink is cooling, combine a can of condensed milk and soft butter. Stir well and beat with a mixer.
Now take oatmeal cookie. One by one, dip the cookies in the coffee and place them on a plate. Having formed the first layer in this way, coat it with condensed milk cream. Now lay out subsequent layers in the same way. Cover the final layer with cream. You can use crushed nuts or chocolate chips as decoration. It is better not to put this cake out in the cold, but to let it soak in the room.
Banana cake without baking
To make this dessert with bananas, take:
- 3 bananas.
- Butter, you can use margarine instead, 200 g.
- Sour cream 300 g.
- Sugar 1 glass.
- Sweet cracker 400 g.
- Mix for making vanilla pudding 1 pack.
- Chocolate 100 g.
First, prepare the cracker crumbs and cream the butter and sugar. Now combine the butter and cracker crumbs. Transfer some of the resulting mass to a plate, then place the banana cut into slices. Then again - a layer of cracker mass, a layer of bananas. Finish with a mass of crackers.

This original dessert will appeal to all chocolate delicacy lovers without exception. It’s not at all difficult to make, especially since you don’t need a stove.

- Butter – 150 g.
- Any cookies – 300 g.
- Cocoa powder – 4 large spoons.
- Chocolate – 200 g.
- Cream cheese – 250 g.
- Cream – 100 g.
- Fine sugar – 100 g.
First of all, make the crust for the base of the cake. Dissolve the butter and grind the cookies into crumbs. Mix the cookies, butter and cocoa together and knead well to form a homogeneous mass. Then transfer all this mass into a cake pan and carefully level it out. Pack firmly and place in the refrigerator.
While the base is hardening, prepare the filling. Beat the cream cheese with sugar. Chocolate dissolve in a water bath and add in portions to the whipped cheese, continuing the whipping process. Whip the cream separately too. Now combine the chocolate mixture with the cream and mix gently.
Remove the base from the refrigerator and place the cream on it. Level well and refrigerate for 5 hours. This cake can be decorated with canned cherries or ground chocolate.
No-bake fruit cake
This dessert is unique in that it uses different fruit or berries, you can get new and varied flavors. Those who like to experiment can combine fruits with each other as they wish.
To make a fruit cake, take:
- Yogurt - half a liter.
- Cookies – 300 g.
- Gelatin – 2 large spoons.
- Butter – 100 g.
- Strawberries - half a kilo.
- Sugar – 150 g.
Prepare the base - the cake crust. Grind the cookies into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter. Mix everything well so that the mass is homogeneous. Then place the cookie mixture into the cake pan and press firmly. You should get a dense, even layer.
Wash strawberries or other berries or fruits and remove all unnecessary parts. Cut the berries into two parts and place them in a circle against the sides of the pan.
Now let's make the cream. Dissolve gelatin. In another bowl, mix yogurt with sugar. Make a puree from the berries, but don't forget to leave a few for decoration. Add strawberry puree and gelatin to the yogurt. Mix everything well. Pour the resulting cream into the cake mold. Decorate the top of the cake with the remaining berries and set it in the cold to harden. It's best to leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
