First option

- butter 50 g;
- salt 0.5 tsp
Preparation:
- Mix both flour, bran, starch in a suitable container.
- Add softened butter and salt to the flour mixture. Stir.
- Pour in boiling water and stir again.
- The hot dough is kneaded until it forms into a lump. After that, it is covered with a lid more tightly and left alone until it cools completely.
- When the dough has reached room temperature, you can start rolling.

To prepare the filling you will need:
- pumpkin 500 g;
- lamb kg (if not, you can replace it with another meat, but the taste will be different);
- salt 0.5 tsp;
- a pinch of black pepper;
- egg 1 pc;
- onion 500 g.
Preparation:
- The pumpkin is peeled and cut into small cubes.
- Onions, like pumpkin, are cut into cubes. The smaller the better.
- Lamb meat (ideally young) is also cut into small cubes.
- Pour all the ingredients into a suitable container, add the egg, salt and pepper. Stir well.
- The filling is cooked. Now you can roll out the dough and sculpt the manti.
Siberian
For cooking you will need:
- minced pork and beef 1.5 kg;
- egg 1 pc;
- onions 500 g;
- cabbage 200 g;
- salt;
- pepper;
- a bunch of greens.
Preparation:
- Twist the meat, mix (or remove the chilled ready-made minced meat from the refrigerator).
- Take one onion, cabbage and twist. Place with minced meat.
- Finely chop the onion and greens and also send to the bowl with minced meat
- Season with salt, pepper, add the egg and mix the ingredients thoroughly.

For cooking you will need:
- fillet of sole 200 g;
- onion 2 pcs;
- rice 50 g;
- pink salmon 300 g;

Preparation:
