To prepare the salad you will need:

  • long grain rice 150 g;
  • mushrooms 100 g;
  • green peas 5 tbsp;
  • walnut 60 g;
  • chicken fillet 250 g;
  • a clove of garlic;

  • salt, herbs to taste.
  1. Boil rice, drain, rinse.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized cubes and place in a salad bowl.

  • hard cheese 50 g;
