Inexpensive birthday salads
As the song says: "birthday, only once a year." That is why I want everything to be at its best. This is especially true of the table and treats. We present to your attention several recipes salads that will delight you with taste and budget.
Idyll
And so, in order to prepare the Idyll salad you will need:
- 2 eggs;
- boiled meat 150 g (to your taste);
- 1 cucumber (fresh);
- apple 1 pc (best green or Antonovka);
- a clove of garlic;
- spices to taste;
- mayonnaise to taste.

The salad is prepared as follows:
- Break the eggs into a deep bowl, salt, add your favorite spices (pepper, herbs). Beat them up a little. Fry an egg pancake.
- Boil the meat, if it's ready, cut it into strips. Try not to be too small.
- The meat is laid out on a salad bowl in the first layer and smeared with mayonnaise.
- Then the cucumber is rubbed on a coarse grater (or cut into strips) and placed in the next layer on top of the meat and is also smeared with mayonnaise.
- Now it's the turn for the apple. Cut the core, peel it. Grate or cut into strips (whichever you prefer). Lay the next layer on top of the cucumber, brush a little with mayonnaise. To keep the apple from darkening, add a little lemon juice to it.
- Egg pancake, cut into strips and spread on top of the salad.
- Garlic and herbs can be used as a decoration for the top.

Mimosa
Simple, hearty and favorite salad by many. His recipe has been known for a long time and practically no holiday can be celebrated without it.
To prepare a salad you need:
- 1 can of canned fish;
- 2 boiled potatoes;
- 3 eggs;
- carrots 2 pcs;
- 1 onion;
- salt, mayonnaise to taste.
It is prepared as follows:
- First of all, prepare all the food. Boil vegetables and eggs and refrigerate.
- The first layer on the bottom of the salad bowl is canned food. For convenience, it is best to knead them with a fork.
- Then the potatoes are rubbed on a coarse grater and put in a second layer, smeared with mayonnaise on top.
- The third layer is carrots (also grated on a coarse grater), greased with mayonnaise on top (abundantly).
- The next layer of the egg. You can rub the whole egg at once or divide it into layers: white, yolk. Top of the salad is decorated with herbs.
Alya Furshet
This salad is delicious and quick to cook. There are few ingredients, but they are combined in such a way that you don't need more. In addition to all the gustatory qualities, it is also versatile in serving. It can be served both in a salad bowl and as a snack in tartlets.
To make Alya Furshet salad you need:
- boiled chicken breast 150 g;
- mushrooms (to your taste) 300 g;
- Korean carrots 150 g;
- mayonnaise for dressing.
The preparation of the salad is as follows:
- Chicken fillet is boiled, cooled, cut into strips.
- Mushrooms are cut into small pieces and fried in vegetable oil.
- Carrots are cut into medium-sized strips.
- All ingredients are laid out in a salad bowl and mixed with mayonnaise.
The salad is ready. Can be served on the table.
Simple salads for every day
Summer taste
Delicious fruit salad. Cooks quickly and eats even faster. Suitable for both adults and children. It is best to do it in the summer, when all fruits are widely available. Ingredients must be fresh.
To make a fruit and berry salad, you will need:
- strawberries 100 g;
- banana 100 g;
- raspberries 100 g;
- blackberries 100 g;
- red currant 50 g;
- for dressing syrup or whipped cream (whichever you prefer).
The salad is prepared as follows:
- Fruits and berries are well washed and dried.
- The banana and strawberries are cut into small pieces and placed in a salad bowl.
- The currant is freed from the twigs and added to the banana and strawberry along with the raspberry and blackberry.
- Fruits and berries are mixed. Top with syrup or cream.

To make Vitaminka salad you need:
- fresh cabbage 100 g;

The salad is prepared according to the following scheme:
- The cabbage is finely chopped and placed in a deep salad bowl.

This salad consists of only two ingredients. It is very high in calories and satisfying. Perfect for a week of fasting.
To make a salad you need:
- packing croutons with tomato and herbs;
- a can of canned beans (red or white to your taste);
- a clove of garlic.
Preparation:
- Open a can of beans. Rinse the beans. Place in a salad bowl.
- Add a pack of croutons to the beans and season.
- Grate the garlic or pass through a garlic press. Add to steel.
