Zucchini is well washed and peeled from the peel and seeds. After that, the zucchini is cut into pieces of a suitable size and passed through a juicer. If the latter is not available, then you can use a regular kitchen grater. With its help, pieces of zucchini are crushed, and then squeezed out through cheesecloth.

Fresh squash juice can be prepared for future use. To do this, add 10 g of lemon acid and 400 g of sugar to it for every three liters. The juice is boiled for 5 minutes, poured into sterile glass containers and rolled up with tin lids.
