How to make zucchini juice
The process of preparing squash juice is quite simple, but in order for it to be tasty and as healthy as possible, the fruits must be collected in the evening. It is then that they contain the greatest amount of useful substances. The collected fruits should be immediately used to prepare the drink.
Wash the zucchini well and remove the peel and seeds. After this, the zucchini is cut into pieces of a suitable size and passed through a juicer. If the latter is not available, then you can use a regular kitchen grater. With its help, pieces of zucchini are crushed and then dried through gauze.
Fresh zucchini juice can be prepared for future use. To do this, add 10 g of lemon acid and 400 g of sugar for every three liters. The juice is boiled for 5 minutes, poured into sterile glass containers and rolled up with tin lids.
