If guests unexpectedly come to you, and there are some lingonberries in the fridge, you can treat them to a delicious lingonberry pie. It cooks quickly, and the recipe is so easy that even the most inexperienced cook can handle it.
Required components:
- 200 g butter.
- 2 fresh chicken eggs.
- 1 full glass of wheat flour
- 200 g granulated sugar.
- One and a half glasses of lingonberry berries.
- Powdered sugar as a decoration.
- First you need to prepare the dough. A piece of butter is cut into small pieces and melted until soft using a microwave or water bath.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, adding 6 large tablespoons of sugar to them.
- After that, pre-sieved is introduced to the beaten eggs. flour and oil. The components are thoroughly mixed until the dough is smooth.
- Grease the baking dish with butter and transfer the dough, leaving a piece for decoration. The surface is leveled with a spoon.
- For the filling, the berries are washed and put on a sieve so that the liquid is glass. The berry is mixed with sugar, you can put other berries there, grated apple or orange zest. The filling is laid out evenly on top of the dough.
- As a sprinkling, mix the rest of the dough with sugar and a small amount of flour and quickly chop with a knife to form crumbs. It is scattered over the berries. The pie is baked at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Decorate the prepared cake with icing sugar on top.
Pie with apples and lingonberries

Products for cooking:
- Half a glass of lingonberries.
- 1 medium sized apple.
- 100 g butter.
- 1 cup flour.
- 1 egg.
- 50 g granulated sugar.
- 15 ml of cold water.

- Grease the pie with a beaten egg on top and set to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Lingonberry Puff Pie
It is very easy to bake such a cake, since you do not need to knead the dough for it yourself. Required components:
- 500 g ready-made yeast puff pastry.
- 1 cup lingonberry
- 3 large spoons of sugar.
- 1.5 small spoons of starch.
