For example, you can cook delicious homemade noodles instead of regular pasta.

Homemade noodle dough recipe

The process of making homemade noodles is simple and does not require special skills. From the products you will need to cook eggs, salt, flour and a little water. In this case, it is better to take non-carbonated mineral water or purify tap water with a household filter. Flour does not have to be of the highest grade. Coarse flour is fine, but if you take rye or buckwheat flour, you get a dish with an unusual taste. For those who follow a diet, coarse flour with the addition of bran can be advised. The noodles from it will be grayish, but will not harm the figure in any way.

To prepare the noodle dough you will need:

  • 450 g flour.
  • 1 egg.
  • Half a glass of water.
  • Salt.

First you need to beat the egg in any way, adding water and salt. Then the flour is poured onto a clean surface in the form of a slide and a depression is made in it. A mixture of water and eggs is poured into it.

How to cook homemade noodles

When cooking homemade noodles, you need to choose the right ratio of liquid to dry product. To make the dish tasty for 100 g of noodles, you need to take at least a liter of liquid. If the water is too low, it will take too long to boil the noodles, and the finished product will be sticky and sticky.

  1. For cooking, you need to choose large pots with a thick bottom, which must be filled with water by three quarters. It is better to take purified water.
  2. Put the saucepan on fire and bring the water to a boil.
  3. When the liquid boils, salt is added to it, 10 g for each liter of water. Only then can the noodles be added.
  4. When the water in the pot is boiling with a key, you can add the noodles. Try to keep it centered.
  5. After boiling water with noodles, reduce the flow of heat. Don't make the fire too low. Remember to simmer, not simmer the noodles in hot water.
  6. Do not close the lid while the noodles are cooking. Stir the noodles with a wooden spoon during cooking.

It is very important to properly maintain the cooking time of the noodles. The taste of the finished dish will depend on this. Properly cooked noodles are moderately soft. In fact, you don't need to do this. It is enough just after draining the liquid, throw the noodles in a colander and let the remaining liquid drain. After that, the noodles are vigorously shaken several times and transferred to a warm dish prepared in advance or to a saucepan where it was cooked. When serving, the noodles can be sprinkled with sauce or sprinkled with cheese.
