Chinese marinade
Ingredients:
- 15-20 quail eggs;
- 50 ml each soy sauce and strong tea leaves;
- spoon of honey;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- bitter hot pepper;
- half a spoon of grated ginger.
How to marinate:
