How to pickle chicken eggs 
Light marinade
What is necessary:
- 6 chicken eggs;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- a spoonful of adjika;
- two tablespoons of chili sauce and tomato paste;

- 50 ml olive oil;
- 4 tablespoons of parsley;
- 3 tablespoons of 5% vinegar;
- half a bitter pepper.
How to pickle:
- Boil eggs in water for about 8-9 minutes.
- From the rest of the ingredients prepare the marinade by mixing products, chopping herbs and garlic. Dilute with a little clean water.
- Peel the eggs and put them in a container.
- Pour in the marinade liquid, chat, put in the cold for 8 hours.
Marinade with pepper
What do you need:
- chicken eggs;
- 1 chili;
- 1 hot pepper;
- a couple of sweet peppers;

- two tablespoons of vinegar;
- any spices.
How to pickle:
- Boil chicken eggs, cool and peel.
- Prepare a marinade from vinegar, water, spices. Boil all this slightly.
- Put the peeled eggs in a jar, stirring them with chopped peppers.
- Pour the finished marinade, adding a couple of slices of the whole garlic, a sprig of dill and lavrushka. Leave on for 3-7 days.

Chinese marinade
Ingredients:
- 15-20 quail eggs;
- 50 ml each soy sauce and strong tea leaves;
- a spoonful of honey;
- 2 garlic cloves;

- half a spoonful of grated ginger.

- Boil and peel the eggs.
- In a saucepan, mix the tea leaves and sauce, bring to a boil. Then add the grated garlic, ginger and chopped pepper.

- 20 eggs;
- half a glass of water and apple cider vinegar;
- 2 tablespoons of pickled spices and salt;

How to pickle:
- Prepare quail eggs.

What you need:
- a can of red beans;
- Chinese cabbage;
- pickled eggs;
- greens;

- Mix soy sauce and mayonnaise, season salad.

- 5 cloves of garlic;

- lime;
- small piece ginger root;
- 100 ml soy sauce;

- Chinese cabbage;
- a spoonful of sesame and sunflower oil;
- spoon sweet mustard;
- half a spoonful of rosehip syrup;
- green onions.
