Snickers in different interpretations
Many people love Snickers bars for their caramelly nutty flavor. On the basis of such a chocolate, they came up with sweets, pastries, cakes and cocktails that taste very similar to the bar of the same name. Some delicious and uncomplicated recipes are presented in this article.
Snickers cake 
What is needed for the cakes:
- 360 g flour;
- 40 g cocoa;
- a couple of spoons of baking powder;
- 210 g butter;
- 410 g granulated sugar;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 410 ml of kefir;
- a bag of vanilla sugar;
- a pinch of salt.
What is needed on cream:
- for caramel 400 g of butter and 800 g of boiled condensed milk;
- for nougat 200 g of butter;
- 200 g each peanut butter and peanuts;
- 2 squirrels;
- 100 g granulated sugar;
- 50 g of honey;
- 50 ml of water;
- a pinch of salt.
For glazing:
- 400 g milk chocolate;
- 300 ml heavy cream.
How to cook:
- Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder.
- Put butter in a bowl, start beating with a mixer, pouring sugar into it.
- Add three eggs, vanilla sugar, salt to the butter.
- At the lowest mixer speed, add the flour mass and kefir.
- Cover two forms with paper and lightly grease with oil. Pour the dough into both so that it is evenly distributed. Put in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Take them out and leave for 4 hours.
- Fry the nuts in the oven at 180 degrees for no more than 7 minutes. Grind a little.
- Put softened butter in a cup. Beat with a mixer, gradually adding boiled condensed milk.
- Put butter and peanut paste in another bowl. Beat in the same way.
- Pour water, honey and granulated sugar into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for a few more minutes.
- Beat two squirrels with a pinch of salt. Pour in the syrup without stopping whisking.
- There, gradually add a mixture of butter and peanut paste, then add the nuts and beat again.
- Divide the biscuits in half.
- Put on the dish biscuit, on it half a peanut mixture.
- Next, cover with a cake, and put the caramel filling on it.
- Also place two more cakes together with the cream. Remove the almost finished dessert for half an hour in the cold.
- During this time, make the icing: chop the chocolate. Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat until boiling.
- Pour chocolate over them and leave for a couple of minutes, then stir thoroughly and cool.
- Cover the cake with icing and set aside in the cold.
Snickers cocktail 
Simple option
What is necessary:
- 100 ml of milk;
- 20 ml chocolate syrup;
- 30 ml caramel syrup;
- 250 g vanilla ice cream;
- roasted peanuts.
How to do:
- Put nuts, ice cream, syrups and milk in a blender bowl.
- Beat everything thoroughly, you can use a mixer instead of a blender.
- Transfer received cocktail in a tall glass, sprinkle with roasted peanuts on top.
Snickers chocolate cocktail
What is necessary:
- large Snickers chocolate bar;
- 250 g ice cream;
- 50 ml of milk;
- 250 ml cream;
- chocolate bar;
- peanuts or walnuts.
How to do:
- Cut the snickers bar into small squares.
- Put the pieces in a blender bowl, send ice cream and 190 ml of cream there. Beat everything until the bar is crushed. If you get a thick mass, you can add milk.
- Beat the rest of the cream with a mixer until thick.
- Crumble half of the chocolate bar into a cup, add a little milk and put it in the microwave to warm up. The chocolate should melt completely. Stir everything until smooth.
- Pour ice cream with a bar into glasses, then spoon whipped cream.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts or walnuts.
Sweets "Snickers" 
What is necessary:
- 50 ml of milk;
- a couple of spoons of cocoa;
- 300 g milk powder;
- 30 g butter;
- 350 g of peanuts;
- a glass of granulated sugar.
How to do:
- In a saucepan, mix granulated sugar, cocoa powder, pour milk. Bring to a boil over low heat.
- Remove the saucepan from the stove, adding softened butter and fried nuts.
- Stir gently and add milk powder. Then you will have to knead manually.
- Sprinkle a plate with milk powder.
- Roll balls from the mass, or form bars.
- Put the resulting sweets on a plate, cover them with cling film and put them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
