Many people love Snickers bars for their caramel-nut flavor. On the basis of such a chocolate bar they came up with candies, cakes, cakes and cocktails that taste very similar to the bar of the same name. Some delicious and easy recipes are presented in this article.

What is needed for the cakes:

  • 360 g flour;
  • 40 g cocoa;
  • a couple of spoons of baking powder;
  • 210 g butter;
  • 410 g granulated sugar;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 410 ml kefir;
  • a bag of vanilla sugar;
  • a pinch of salt.

What you need on cream:

  • for caramel 400 g butter and 800 g boiled condensed milk;
  • for nougat 200 g butter;
  • 200 g each peanut butter and peanuts;
  • 2 squirrels;
  • 100 g granulated sugar;
  • 50 g honey;
  • 50 ml water;
  • a pinch of salt.

For glazing:

  • 400 g milk chocolate;
  • 300 ml heavy cream.

How to cook:

  1. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder.
  2. Place the butter in a bowl and start beating with a mixer, adding granulated sugar.
  3. Add three eggs, vanilla sugar and salt to the butter.
  4. At the lowest mixer speed, add the flour mixture and kefir.
  5. Line two forms with paper and lightly grease them with oil. Pour the dough into both so that it is equal. Place in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Take them out and leave for 4 hours.
  7. Roast the nuts in the oven at 180 degrees for no more than 7 minutes. Chop a little.
  8. Place softened butter in a cup. Beat with a mixer, gradually adding boiled condensed milk.
  9. Place the butter and peanut butter in another bowl. Beat it the same way.
  10. Pour water, honey and granulated sugar into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring the syrup occasionally. Cook for a few more minutes.
  11. Beat two egg whites with a pinch of salt. Pour in the syrup without stopping whisking.
  12. Gradually add a mixture of butter and peanut butter, then add the nuts and beat again.
  13. Divide the shortbreads in half.
  14. Place on a plate sponge cake, put half of the peanut mixture on it.
  15. Next, cover with the cake layer and place the caramel filling on it.
  16. Also place two more cake layers along with the cream. Refrigerate the almost finished dessert for half an hour.
  17. During this time, make the glaze: chop the chocolate. Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat until boiling.
  18. Pour them over the chocolate and leave for a couple of minutes, then stir thoroughly and cool.
  19. Cover the cake with glaze and refrigerate.

Simple option

What is needed:

  • 100 ml milk;
  • 20 ml chocolate syrup;
  • 30 ml caramel syrup;
  • 250 g vanilla ice cream;
  • roasted peanuts.

How to do:

  1. Place nuts, ice cream, syrup and milk into a blender bowl.
  2. Beat everything thoroughly; you can use a mixer instead of a blender.
  3. Pour over the received cocktail into a tall glass, sprinkle roasted peanuts on top.

Cocktail with Snickers chocolate bar

What is needed:

  • large Snickers chocolate bar;
  • 250 g ice cream;
  • 50 ml milk;
  • 250 ml cream;
  • bar of chocolate;
  • peanuts or walnuts.

How to do:

  1. Cut the Snickers bar into small squares.
  2. Place the pieces in a blender bowl, add ice cream and 190 ml of cream there. Beat everything until the bar is crushed. If it turns out to be a thick mass, you can add milk.
  3. Beat the rest of the cream with a mixer until thick.
  4. Crumble half a chocolate bar into a cup, pour in a small amount of milk and heat in the microwave. The chocolate should melt completely. Stir everything until smooth.
  5. Pour the ice cream with the bar into the glasses, then spoon in the whipped cream.
  6. Pour over melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts or walnuts.

What is needed:

  • 50 ml milk;
  • a couple of spoons of cocoa;
  • 300 g milk powder;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 350 g peanuts;
  • a glass of granulated sugar.

How to do:

  1. Mix granulated sugar and cocoa powder in a saucepan and add milk. Bring to a boil over low heat.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the stove, adding softened butter and fried nuts.
  3. Stirring gently, add dry milk. Then you will have to knead by hand.
  4. Sprinkle the plate with dry milk.
  5. Roll the mixture into balls or form into bars.
  6. Place the resulting candies on a plate, cover them with cling film and put them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
