  • flour 200 g;
  • salt;
  • sour cream or egg if desired.

  3. Form the dough into a lump and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. While you can start preparing the filling. 4

Filling for tartlets

This recipe uses a simple, hearty sausage and cheese filling. In general, any filling can be used in tartlets. Special tasty obtained from chicken in garlic sauce.

If you want to to cook sweet baskets, add sugar to the dough.

For the filling you need:

  • sausage 150 g;
  • hard cheese 100 g;
  • chicken egg 1 pc;
  • sour cream or kefir 3 tablespoons;
  • salt and spices to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Cut the sausage into cubes. 5
  2. Grate the cheese with a grater.
  3. Place the sausage in the prepared tins. For this recipe, workpieces with high sides are needed, this will save the fill from flowing out. 10
