Nutritional features for gastritis
Gastritis- a disease in which the stomach lining becomes inflamed. The main symptoms are nausea and acute abdominal pain. Very often, these symptoms occur after eating.
The gastric mucosa is irritated and expresses its dissatisfaction in this way. Imagine having salt or vinegar poured onto a fresh wound. Agree, it hurts a lot. Your stomach also suffers. Therefore, you should follow the rules of healthy eating and take care of your health.
With the diagnosis, the doctor gives diet recommendations at:
- fractional meals, at least five times a day;
- food must be homogenized, i.e. grated in mashed potatoes;
- leaving the table with a slight feeling of hunger, i.e. do not overeat;
- chew food thoroughly;
- the use of simple dishes, i.e. the composition should not be large;
- 15-20 minutes of rest after eating;
- everything should be cooked in the oven or steamed.
That is, you should forget about the frying pan and fried foods. Fatty foods that are difficult to digest are prohibited.
Of course, the first month will be incredibly hard to get used to. to unsalted and faceless food. But at stake is your health and one stomach that cannot be replaced by anything.
Next, let's talk in detail about permitted and prohibited foods, as well as about diet.
What can be done with gastritis

- uncooked cookies;
- puree from grated vegetables;
- tomatoes, but only without the peel;
- soft fruits, i.e. without coarse fiber (bananas, pears, melon);

- soups;
- honey well taken 1.5 hours before meals with diluted water;
- natural oils of vegetable and animal origin;

In the first days after an exacerbation, eat only grated food and in small portions. The stomach needs time to recover I, therefore, loads are excluded for him.
In principle, you can eat anything, but properly prepared.
Salt can be discarded over time, each time adding less salt to the food. You will get used to it and start to feel the real taste of the food.
It is also a good reason to surprise loved ones with your culinary delights. There are many dishes that you will enjoy and will be good for your health.
For gastritis with low acidity, it is recommended to use the same foods as with high acidity, with the exception of tomatoes, milk and other dairy products.
