How to cook:

Chicken puree soup
What is necessary:
- 400 g pulp pumpkin;
- 170 g chicken fillet;
- 200 g potatoes;
- a couple of carrots;
- a pair of onions;
- 60 g cream cheese;
- 100 ml of milk and cream;
- dried garlic, pepper, salt, oregano.
How to cook:
- Coarsely chop the pulp, add water and boil for 25 minutes.
- Peel the rest of the vegetables and chop finely.
- Fry the onions until transparent, after adding carrots and potatoes.
- When the vegetables are ready to drain the oil, add water to completely cover the vegetables. Simmer until the liquid disappears.
- Combine with pumpkin and beat thoroughly, adding cheese, cream and milk.
- Cut the chicken fillet into thin plates and place in a saucepan with soup.
- Bring to a boil, add salt and spices, boil the fillets until cooked.
