  • 4-6 spoons mayonnaise;
  • fresh basil;
  • pepper, salt, juice from half a lemon;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • spoon of vinegar.

How to cook:

  1. Grind the garlic and basil, mix them with mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, pepper, granulated sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Boil the cabbage for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drain the liquid and place the cabbage in a cup.
  4. Pour sour cream sauce on top and mix thoroughly.
