How to make chops
It seems like you have to kill so much time to prepare something like this. dishes, and it’s a chore. But no, everything is done very easily and quite quickly. You just need a little patience. So let's get started.
What is needed:
- half a kilo of pork;
- 150 ml milk;
- chicken egg;
- salt, spices;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- 3 large spoons of flour.
How to cook:
- First you need to deal with the meat itself.

- Wash thoroughly, remove the fat and cut into medium pieces, about a couple of centimeters thick, maybe a little thicker. By the way, there is no need to throw away the lard; it can be used on cutlets, or salted with spices and garlic.
- Beat each piece using a special hammer.

How to make batter for chops 
You can't just fry chops like that, they won't be like that delicious. To do this they need batter. Some housewives soak chops in milk for half a day, others in pomegranate juice, or with kiwi, you can also cook the chops in breadcrumbs. They will turn out crispier.
How to prepare batter for chops:
- Beat the chicken egg with a mixer, blender or just a fork.

- Add a little salt and spices, here ground black pepper. When adding salt, you need to taste the mixture to make sure it is salty, because we will not salt the meat.

- Pour in milk and stir.

- Next, add flour and mix very thoroughly so that there are no lumps. The proportions of flour are approximate; the mixture should resemble fermented baked milk in thickness.

- Now you need to pour the batter over the battered pork, stir so that each piece is included in the mixture and leave for 20-30 minutes to soak.

- You don’t have to soak the meat in batter, but simply dip it right away and fry it in oil, but they won’t be the same juicy.
- After half an hour, you can start frying the meat in a hot frying pan greased with sunflower oil.

- Fry on both sides until golden brown.

- Serve hot and with sauce to taste, although cold chops are also delicious.
