- a pound of pork;
- 150 ml of milk;
- egg;
- salt, spices;
- vegetable butter for frying;
- 3 large spoons of flour.
How to cook:
- First you need to deal with the meat itself.

- Wash thoroughly, remove the bacon and cut into medium pieces, about a couple of centimeters thick, or slightly thicker. By the way, the bacon does not need to be thrown away, it can be put on cutlets, or salted with spices and garlic.
- Beat off each piece with a special hammer.

How to make chop batter 
You can't just fry the chops, they won't be like that delicious. To do this, they need batter. Some housewives soak chops in milk for half a day, others for pomegranate juice, or with kiwi, you can also make chops in bread crumbs. They will be crisper.
How to prepare batter for chops:
- Beat the chicken egg with a mixer, blender or just a fork.

- Add some salt and spices, here is black pepper. When adding salt, you need to try the mixture so that it is salty, because we will not salt the meat.

- Pour in milk and stir.

- Then add flour, and stir very carefully so that there are no lumps. The proportions of flour are approximate, the mixture should resemble fermented baked milk in density.

- Now you need to pour the beaten pork with batter, mix so that each piece is in the mixture and leave for 20-30 minutes to soak.

- You don't need to soak the meat in batter, but just dip it right away and fry it in oil, but they won't be the same juicy.
- After half an hour, you can begin to fry the meat in a hot and greased frying pan greased with sunflower oil.

- Fry on both sides until golden brown.

- Serve hot and with sauce to taste, although cold chops are delicious too.
