To make a hot eggplant salad you will need:

  • sweet pepper 1 pc;
  • young eggplant 1 pc;
  • chicken breast 200 g;
  • young zucchini 1 pc;
  • sweet onion (preferably lilac, for a beautiful look) 1 pc;
  • tomato 1 pc (large);
  • soy sauce lt;
  • olive oil 2 tablespoons;
  • salt, pepper to taste;

Preparation:

  1. Zucchini and eggplant must be washed. Then cut them into large pieces, but not too much.
  2. Wash the pepper and cut into strips.
  3. Core the tomato and cut it into strips.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings.

  • sweet pepper 1 pc;
  • Chinese cabbage 100 g;
  • half zucchini;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 1 carrot;
  • cilantro 1 pc;
  • lemon juice 20 ml;
  • soy sauce 50 ml;
  • ginger 20 g (pickled);
  • paprika 10 g;
  • olive oil 50 ml;
  • sesame seeds;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • tomato 1 pc.

  1. You should start preparing the salad with the sauce. Take olive oil, ginger, lemon juice, paprika, soy sauce and mix. Chop the herbs finely, squeeze out the garlic, add to the sauce. Stir and leave to infuse. The filling is ready. Brown sugar can be added to the sauce to add sweetness.
  2. Cut all vegetables, except for cucumber, carrots and cabbage, into strips.
  3. Preheat the pan and fry the vegetables slightly.
  4. Fry fish... The size of the pieces is at your discretion.
  5. Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
  6. Grate cucumber and carrots.
  7. Combine ingredients, season with sauce, top with sesame seeds.

Hot chicken salad

For cooking, you will need:

  • chicken breast 1 pc;
  • a can of beans;
  • champignons 200 g;
  • cheese 250 g;
  • sweet onion 2 pcs;
  • a bunch of greens;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare a heat-resistant salad bowl, as you will immediately lay the layers into it during the cooking process.
  2. Cut the onion into squares and fry until golden. Lay on the bottom.
  3. The next layer is mushrooms. They should also be fried well. Salt.
  4. A jar of beans is laid on top of the mushrooms and everything is smeared with mayonnaise.
  5. Cut the brisket into small pieces, lightly fry. Spread out in the next layer. Salt.
  6. Chop the herbs and sprinkle with the chicken. Brush with mayonnaise.
  7. Grate the cheese and cover generously with the top layer. For a brighter taste, each layer can be flavored with cheese.
  8. Submit salad in the oven for twenty minutes.

Hot salad with tomatoes

The following products are required for cooking:

  • tomatoes 5 pcs;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • fat cottage cheese 400 g;
  • 1 zucchini;
  • cilantro;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt;
  • pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the zucchini into slices and fry until golden brown.
  2. Finely chop the cilantro, mix with cottage cheese, squeeze the garlic into the same place. Mix.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into circles.
  4. Take a salad bowl and lay out in layers: zucchini-cottage cheese-tomato.
    The last layer of zucchini is greased with mayonnaise. Do not forget to add a little salt to each layer.
