Creams that will perfectly moisturize your skin can be made at home with very few ingredients on hand.
- Butter cream - a couple of spoons of beeswax, 6 large spoons of jojoba oil, a spoonful of liquid vitamin E, a spoonful of aloe juice, a couple of spoons of rose water, rose essential oil and 5 drops of sandalwood oil. First, heat the beeswax, jojoba oil and vitamin E in a water bath. When the wax melts and the mixture is mixed, remove the mixture from the heat and cool. With help blender beat rose water and aloe juice, gradually adding essential oils.
- Cucumber - a spoonful of beeswax, a medium cucumber, 3 large tablespoons of almond oil, chamomile broth. Melt the oil and wax in a water bath. After that, pour in a couple of spoons chamomile broth (you can take boiled water). Grate the cucumber and add to the mixture. Simmer the mass over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Body cream - 120 ml pink water, 4 spoons of beeswax, 12 capsules of vitamin E, 120 ml of almond oil, a couple of spoons of wheat germ oil, 15 drops of essential oils (your choice). Melt almond oil and wax in a water bath, then gently add rose water, stirring until smooth. After the mass has cooled down, it is necessary to pour in essential oils and Vitamin E. Thoroughly mix everything and transfer to a jar.
Moisturizing ingredients for the skin 
When purchasing a cream or other moisturizer from a store, you need to carefully study the composition of this product. This should include:
- hyaluronic acid;
- chitosan;
- urea;
- lactic acid;
- pyrrolidone carbonic acid;
- silk and milk proteins;
- glycerol;
- propylene glycol;
- sorbitol;
- plant extracts;
- natural and essential oils;
- vitamins.
Hyaluronic acid retains moisture in the skin, creating a film that prevents moisture from leaving skin cells. Chitosan similar in properties to hyaluronic acid. Vitamin B2 - it is advised to take it inward organism. It greatly improves the appearance of the epidermis, hair cover and nails. This vitamin is contained in fish, cheese, milk, herbs.

Skin moisturizing soap

Moisturizing soap recipe - 100 g of natural soap (baby's can, without dyes, additives), 150 g of powdered milk, a spoonful of coconut oil, a couple of spoons of oatmeal. Rub a piece of soap on a grater. Melt the grated soap in a water bath (it cannot be boiled), then pour milk into the soap, stirring constantly. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add oatmeal, coconut oil. When the butter is melted, pour the mixture into jars or molds. When the mixture hardens, you can take out and use. Store in the refrigerator for no more than a couple of weeks. You can also add essential oils or aloe vera to your soap to improve the effect.
Facial moisturizing oils 
To nourish and moisturize the epidermis, natural and essential oils. They contain a huge amount of useful vitamins, minerals and trace elements necessary for the human body. Olive oil is considered the best moisturizer. It moisturizes the skin the best. It is added to various creams, lotions, shampoos. Also, olive oil is great for dry and sensitive skin... You can use it in its pure form, or by adding it to favorite creams.
The second most moisturizing oil is almond oil. It contains a lot of B vitamins, vitamin E, A, F. Vitamin A moisturizes, vitamin E nourishes, slows down aging, vitamin F corrects the work of the sebaceous glands. Almond oil is used in creams, masks, trays.
Coconut oil is pretty versatile. Suitable for absolutely any skin. Perfectly nourishes, moisturizes, has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory properties. It is used in pure form, or in tandem with other oils, it can also be added to masks, creams.
Mink oil ( fat) - similar in composition to human tissue. Perfectly absorbed, softens and moisturizes the epidermis. Often used to make creams.
Sesame oil - contains minerals, antioxidants, B vitamins, proteins. Perfectly cleanses, rejuvenates and moisturizes.
Butter rose hips- rich in vitamin C, rejuvenates, relieves pimples, wrinkles. Nourishes the skin.
Also effective oils are rose oil, butter avocado, castor oil, sea buckthorn oil, oil cocoa beans... All of these oils contain many vitamins and minerals necessary for the proper fluid balance in the body.
Moisturizing face masks 
A variety of masks are an excellent source of liquid for the epidermis. They can contain any ingredients rich in the necessary substances and vitamins. Also at home you can make alginate masks from dried kelp powder. Such procedures nourish and moisturize skin after the first session, at the same time carrying out the effect lifting.
- Carrot mask - mix spoon juice from carrots, a spoonful of heavy cream, yolk. Spread the resulting mass on the face for a quarter of an hour. Wash with warm water.
- Honey and egg- beat a couple of proteins, add half a spoonful of olive oil and 40 g of honey. Then add a couple of tablespoons of oatmeal. Keep on face for at least 20 minutes.
- Oatmeal - boil oatmeal in milk, cool. Mix a couple of tablespoons of porridge with a spoonful of honey. Hold for 20-25 minutes.
- Sea buckthorn- the skin must be cleaned. Take gauze napkins, moisten them in sea buckthorn juice. Squeeze lightly and rub the skin on the face. After 25 minutes, wash with warm water.
- Curd cheese - mix a spoonful of honey and a couple of spoonfuls of fat curd(you can add a little cream). Keep the mask on the face for 20 minutes (for fresh skin, you can add carrot juice).
- Clay - any clay dilute with warm milk (chamomile broth, water). You can add vitamins A and E, essential oils for greater effectiveness. Keep on the skin for at least 20 minutes.
I am constantly suffering from skin in the summer. Very dry, not a pleasant sensation. I found salvation for myself - add coconut oil to my cream and drink hyaluronic acid from Evalar. I don’t wear masks, I’m too lazy for that 😀
