It takes a little effort and literally an hour of your time to make this dark chocolate pie.
What you need:
- 120 g butter;
- 4-5 chicken eggs;
- a spoonful of baking powder for the dough;
- 150 g flour;
- 150 g sugar sand;
- bitter tile chocolate;
- 300 g fat curd;
- a spoonful of vanillin;
- a pinch of salt;
- 400 g cherries (fresh or frozen).
How to cook:
- Break the chocolate bar into pieces. Put them together with butter in a small cup and melt in a water bath, or in microwave oven... Leave to cool.
- Using a mixer, beat a couple of eggs and 50 grams of granulated sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.
- When the chocolate has cooled, mix it with flour, baking powder and beaten eggs. Mix at the lowest mixer speed. If desired, you can add walnuts to the dough nuts.
- For the filling, beat granulated sugar, cottage cheese and a couple of eggs with a mixer until creamy state.
- Smear a frying pan or baking dish with butter and pour 1/3 of the beaten dough into it in an even layer.
- Divide the cottage cheese cream into two parts. Lay one evenly on top of the dough. And spread half a cherry on the curd layer.
- On a layer of cherries, spread part of the dough, then cottage cheese, cherries. The final layer should be chocolate dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake in it pie about 50-60 minutes. Readiness can be seen with a toothpick, it will remain dry. It can be served warm or cold, with caramel syrup or ice cream.
