Eateries tartlets have become an integral part of the life of modern people. This is a great dish for a festive feast, modest family gatherings, or just for a snack. Tartlets are puff, sand and waffle, they can be found in any supermarket, or made on your own. And the filling can be very different: salads, caviar, fish, and even a sweet filling of fruits, whipped cream or jelly.

What do you need:

  • 110 g of curd cheese;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • dill.

How to do:

  1. Chop the garlic and herbs.

  • a couple of spoons sour cream;
  • a pinch of granulated sugar;
  • 4 mushrooms;
  • large onion;
  • salt, dill;
  • 50 g of cheese.

How to do:

  1. Chop the onion into cubes, fry with granulated sugar until golden brown.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry.
  3. Mix mushrooms, onions, chopped herbs, salt, sour cream.

  • a couple of yolks;
  • vanilla sugar;
  • granulated sugar;

  1. Beat the cottage cheese and vanilla sugar with a mixer, adding the yolks.
  2. Cut the fruit into slices.
  3. Put the curd mousse in the baskets, put the pieces of fruit on top.
  4. Decorate with chocolate chips.
