Eateries tartlets have become an integral part of the life of modern people. This is a great dish for a festive feast, modest family gatherings, or just for a snack. Tartlets are puff, sand and waffle, they can be found in any supermarket, or made on your own. And the filling can be very different: salads, caviar, fish, and even a sweet filling of fruits, whipped cream or jelly.

Plain tartlets 
Curd snack
What do you need:
- 110 g of curd cheese;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- dill.
How to do:
- Chop the garlic and herbs.
- Mix everything with the cheese and fill the tartlets with the mixture.
Mustard-egg mixture
What do you need:
- 5 boiled yolks;
- greens;
- a couple of spoons of curd cheese;
- 1.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- a small spoonful of mustard.
How to cook:
- Finely chop the greens, mash the yolks with a fork.
- Mix all the ingredients and put in the tartlets.
Smoked baskets
What is necessary:
- 300 g smoked mackerel or pink salmon;
- fresh cucumber;
- a large spoonful of mayonnaise and a small spoonful of mustard.
How to cook:
- Remove the bones and skin from the fish, divide into small pieces.
- Cut the cucumber into cubes and mix everything.
Green pate
What do you need:
- ripe avocado;
- a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice;
- a spoonful of olive oil;
- fresh basil;
- 2-3 tablespoons of curd cheese.
How to do:
- Peel the avocado, chop finely, grind with a blender in puree.
- Add all remaining ingredients and beat lightly.
- Put in tartlets.
Simple Fish Snack
What you need:
- 150 g lightly salted salmon;
- 110 g of curd cheese;
- lemon;
- dill greens.
How to do:
- Fish cut into small slices.
- Chop greens and mix with cheese.
- Cut the lemon into wedges.
- Put the cheese mixture, a piece of fish in a tartlet and top with a slice of citrus.
Herring in a simple way

- fillet of slightly salted herring;
- a couple of chicken eggs;
- green onions;
- Apple;
- mayonnaise;
- 50 g of cheese.
How to do:
- Boil the eggs and chop them into small cubes.
- Finely chop the greens.
- Grate the cheese.
- Cut the fish into small cubes.
- Remove the skin from the apple and chop it finely.

Mushroom basket
What do you need:
- 190 g of champignons or oyster mushrooms;
- 110 g of cheese;
- 110 g corn;
- dill;
- mayonnaise;
- garlic.
How to cook:
- Finely chop the mushrooms and fry with a little oil.
- Grate the cheese, chop the herbs, press the garlic through a press.
- Mix all the ingredients, seasoning with a small amount of mayonnaise.
With smoked chicken
- smoked breast;
- carrot;
- Bulgarian pepper;
- garlic, mayonnaise, dill;
- butter;
- salt.
How to do:
- Finely chop the chicken.
- Grate the carrots, cut the pepper into cubes.
- Chop the dill, chop the garlic with a press.
- Lightly fry the vegetables, adding garlic.
- Mix fillets, salt, sprinkle with herbs. Season with mayonnaise.
Shrimp tartlets
What you need:
- shrimp;
- a pound of cottage cheese;
- 3 tablespoons of cream;
- 60 g parmesan;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;

- butter.
How to do:
- Put a couple of tablespoons of butter, cottage cheese, salt, garlic, cream in a blender bowl.
- Beat everything thoroughly. Then add chopped herbs and grated cheese.
- Put the mixture of cottage cheese into tartlets, decorating the baskets with boiled shrimps.
Julienne in baskets
What you need:
- a couple of spoons sour cream;
- a pinch of granulated sugar;
- 4 mushrooms;
- large onion;
- salt, dill;
- 50 g of cheese.
How to do:
- Chop the onion into cubes, fry with granulated sugar until golden brown.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry.
- Mix mushrooms, onions, chopped herbs, salt, sour cream.
- Put on tartlets, cover with grated cheese on top and put in the oven, cooking until browned.
- Fried chicken fillet can be added if desired.
With caviar 
What do you need:
- a can of red caviar;
- greens;
- cottage cheese;
- small tartlets.
How to do:
- Put some cheese in a small basket.
- Top with red caviar and garnish with a sprig of dill or parsley.
Fruit basket
What do you need:
- a pound of cottage cheese;
- banana;
- orange;
- a couple of yolks;
- vanilla sugar;
- granulated sugar;
- chocolate.
How to do:
- Beat the cottage cheese and vanilla sugar with a mixer, adding the yolks.
- Cut the fruit into slices.
- Put the curd mousse in the baskets, put the pieces of fruit on top.
- Decorate with chocolate chips.
Salad in tartlets 
The easiest way to serve lettuce in baskets is a salad of crab sticks. Most often it can be found at various banquets and holidays.
Pineapple
What do you need:
- garlic;
- hard cheese 50 g;
- canned pineapple;
- mayonnaise.
How to do:
- Chop the garlic with a press, cut the pineapples into small pieces.
- Grate the cheese. Mix everything with a little mayonnaise.
Mushroom
- 400 g oyster mushroom;
- a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- greens;
- garlic.
How to do:
- Chop the mushrooms, fry and roll in a meat grinder.
- Add chopped garlic to them.
- Put everything in baskets, lightly tamp, grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped dill.
Beetroot
What do you need:
- two boiled beets;
- 110 g of cheese;
- garlic;
- mayonnaise;
- walnuts 50 g;
- salt.
How to do:
- Grate beets and cheese, chop the garlic.
- Mix everything by adding mayonnaise and salt.
- Arrange on tartlets, decorate with a piece of nut.
