There are also salty muffins... The dough recipe is very similar to sweet ones, though without the addition of spices: cinnamon or vanilla sugar. And for the filling, mushrooms, ham, salted are used cheese, smoked fish.
How to make chocolate muffins
There are a lot of recipes for cooking this pastry, from the simplest to the very complex. In this master class, the option is not very difficult and with all the products available, baked goods can be prepared in a matter of minutes.
What you need:
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 9 large spoons cocoa powder;
- a pinch of salt;
- 50 g baking powder;
- 2.5 glasses of flour and milk;
- 1.5 glasses of granulated sugar;
- frozen cherries;
- 9 large spoons of vegetable oil;
- a bar of milk, white or dark chocolate.
How to cook:
- Beat eggs in a deep bowl.

- Add butter, beat with a mixer.
- Add granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, flour, mix everything thoroughly.

- Pour the milk over the mixture and gently knead the thick dough. If the dough is thin, you can add a little flour.

- Chocolate break into small pieces. Stir into the dough. Chocolate chips can be replaced with nuts, cherries, bananas. I have frozen cherries.

- If you want to make different fillings in one go, just divide the dough into several pieces.
- Lay out the dough on paper, silicone molds, or in a non-stick coated mold for 2/3 parts. If desired, the chocolate can be put directly into the molds to make muffins stuffed. To do this, pour part of the dough, put a piece of chocolate and pour the rest of the dough.

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Muffins bake for about 20-25 minutes.

- Sprinkle on top with powdered sugar, pour over chocolate icing, or simply decorate with coconut flakes, confectionery sprinkles.
