It's easy to do only by opening the Internet and seeing what you want. Only expectations are not always justified in reality. This article describes a recipe for making simple, but tasty and quick pots with chicken... After all, what could be better than to spend 15-20 minutes and forget about the dish for an hour, going about your business or just relaxing?
How to cook potted chicken
Recipes dishes in pots a lot, they are all somewhat similar, somewhat different. You can cook them with buckwheat, rice, potatoes, and even dumplings you can bungle in them. - whole chicken breast, or half, depending on the volume of the pots and the number of servings;
- salt, spices;
- 4-5 spoons of sour cream;
- small bulb;
- 2-3 small carrots;
- 150-200 g of mushrooms;
- 150 g solid cheese;
- 4-5 medium potato;
- vegetable oil;
- garlic and fresh herbs optional.
How to cook:
- Pour sunflower oil into the pots, quite a bit.
- The first layer will be meat. Rinse the breast, cut into small pieces. Fold on the bottom in an even layer, season with salt and pepper. You can mix it with garlic. Chicken can be replaced with pork.
- The second layer is a finely chopped onion.
- The third layer is carrots. It must be cut into small circles, or semicircles.
- You need to salt each layer a little bit.
- Following the carrot circles will be finely chopped mushrooms.
- Cut the potatoes into medium pieces, season with salt and pepper, or add special spices for the potatoes.
- Cheese grate, the size does not matter, it will still melt in the oven. You do not need to salt it.
- The last ingredient is sour cream. For those who love more accurate and fatter, you can replace sour cream with mayonnaise... Gently grease the cheese cap. You can pour spices or fresh herbs on top.
- Cover the pots with lids and place in the oven. It is not recommended to warm it up in advance, otherwise the pots may burst.
- The oven temperature is about 160-180 degrees. Cooking time is approximately 90-100 minutes, depending on the power of the oven. It is best to occasionally look into the pots so that they do not burn. As soon as the sour cream and cheese become brownish, the pots can be removed. Alternatively, you can turn off the oven and leave the pots inside for 10-15 minutes.
- You can eat directly from the pots, or put the finished dish on a plate to cool down faster and make it easier to eat.
